The purpose of the collection is to provide services to you to fulfill our contract, to send our payment processor your email address to have them send you (the organization) an invoice when a specific purchase is made (e.g. adding a paid enhancement to your job posting), provide relevant job listings to candidates, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, and to provide you with information or advertising relating to our services.

3. Customer support information
Examples of Personal Information collected include first name, last name, email address, phone number, organization details, location, contact phone number, contact email address, contact website URL, and social media usernames.
Purpose of collection: to provide customer support.

You may only access the Website if you are over the age of majority in the province or territory in which you reside or you are under the age of majority and your parent or guardian agrees to be bound by the Terms on your behalf and consents to your access to and use of the Website.

We use your personal information to provide our services, which include offering job postings to the public as submitted by an employer, displaying relevant job postings to candidates, providing Stripe invoices to employers, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, or Website features.
8. Data Retention
When you sign up as an employer or candidate through the Website, we will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information. When you make a payment from an invoice that we had Stripe send you using the organization email address provided by you, Stripe will retain any information provided by you outside of our Website.

AgroJobs.ca reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time to reflect changes to our business policies and practices and for any regulatory or legal reasons.
