Job Description
- Position: Remote Territory Sales Representative
- Location: Regina, Saskatchewan
- Responsibilities:
- Develop territory plan to achieve sales targets.
- Foster meaningful relationships with retailers and growers.
- Communicate value of technology to retailers and growers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in the Ag industry or Diploma with 10 years of experience in the industry.
- Understanding of financial analysis and general business issues and practices.
- Good strategic influencing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent project management skills: ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent understanding of marketing principles, marketing plan development, brand strategies, and best practices.
- Clear and effective decision-making, with an emphasis on a data-driven approach.
