Research and Development Coordinator

Job Description:

• The Task At Hand: The Research & Development Coordinator will provide administrative support to the R&D team, completing tasks such as data entry, formula reviews, ingredient assessments, and R&D inventory replenishment. This role will also handle sample shipments, team timeline management, and other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience, preferred.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in R&D, Food Science, and/or related areas within the Food CPG industry required.
• Experience in data entry or comparable administrative tasks required.
• Prior exposure to Product Development or Quality functions preferred.
• Superior organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative group setting.
• Strong sense of punctuality and ability to follow instructions.
• Desire to keep work area clean and organized.

Benefits:

• Exempt, Full-Time, Salaried position with a salary range of $80,000.00 to $95,000.00.
