Production Supervisor

Job Description:

• As Production Supervisor, responsible for plant operations, staffing, and production scheduling.
• Oversee raw ingredient inventory, quality control, and timely manufacturing of finished products.
• Build and maintain relationships with production employees, oversee feed quality assurance programs, maintenance, and health & safety initiatives.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Availability for on-call evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience in Agriculture or Food Production is an asset.
