Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Who You Are:

You are a financial leader with experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
You possess exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
You are naturally curious and love to dig into the data to understand what’s driving the business.
You have a proven track record of managing employees and are passionate about team support and mentoring.
You balance a deep understanding of the details with a clear vision of the bigger picture.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience, is required.
5+ years of experience in FP&A, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Proficiency in Excel, including aggregating large amounts of data.
Experience with CPG and/or Direct-to-Consumer business models.
Experience with FP&A software such as Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or Planful.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and professional platforms.
Up to 10% travel required.
Passion for improving childhood nutrition and a high-growth work environment.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, deep business understanding, and cross-functional work.
Reside in the United States.

Benefits of the Job:

Competitive salary range: $180,000.00 to $250,000.00.
