District Manager
Job Description:
- Managing, coaching, developing, and leading a sales team to meet business objectives.
- Participating in the National Sales Leadership Team.
- Implementing sales plans and strategies to achieve financial objectives.
- Developing strong distributor relationships and implementing account strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or Bachelor of Commerce.
- 8 years of experience in sales or marketing in agribusiness, preferably Crop Protection or Seed.
