Fulfillment Coordinator

Job Description

• Position Summary:
  • Reporting to the Store Manager, the Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the resources and tasks to pick and pack online farm store product orders.
  • Ensure high quality of standard and accuracy to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Review orders with customers and provide service in accordance with UFA’s Customer Service Policy.
• Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
  • Review orders, contact customers, and assess online inventories.
  • Manage and coordinate resources to pick and pack orders accurately and timely.
  • Ability to work with a team, lead a group of people, and manage resources.
  • Participate in all aspects of shipping/receiving/loading of completed orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and suggest items to fulfill customer’s needs.

Requirements

• Qualifications required for the position:
  • Grade 12 diploma with 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or other enterprise management systems desired.
  • Agriculture/Agribusiness background with a strong knowledge of products UFA provides.
  • Capable of physical labor; capable of lifting up to 25 kg.
  • Must remain current with required certifications, including WHMIS and TDG.
