Procurement and Inventory Coordinator - BarW

Job Description:

  • Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, the Procurement and Inventory Coordinator plays an integral role in the execution of the procurement, inventory management and sourcing strategies.
  • Responsibilities include providing support/training for inventory and purchasing, creating/monitoring inventory reports, providing consolidated reporting, and escalating non-compliance of inventory management tools to the respective Supervisors.
  • Plays an active role in supporting basic inventory coordination and information across all BarW business units to ensure procedures are executed appropriately and inventory accuracy is maintained.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of supply chain experience or dedicated post-secondary education in supply chain.
  • Supply chain management certification or professional purchasing designation is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple business units, assess and select suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
  • Being flexible and responsive to changing market conditions and organizational needs.
