Category Marketing Manager

The Opportunity:

• Develop and execute category strategies that capitalize on brand positions
• Drive channel growth and share gains
• Lead the commercialization of new product innovations
• Initiate category specific brand management and communication
• Partner with Revenue Management lead for price and promotional strategies
• Consistently leverage data to provide category share and financial reporting
• Analyze brands, market, and competitive trends
• Participate in annual budgeting and planning process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in CPG environment
• Proactive and performance-driven with a bias for action
• Experience managing a large complex business with brand management success
• Competency in Commercial Acumen, Critical Thinking, Agility, Sales Knowledge, Leadership, and Strategic Leadership
