Position Summary:

• Reporting to the Store Manager
• Responsible for serving and assisting customers
• Required to maintain high level of customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Maximize sales through best-in-class customer service
• Provide prompt service and assistance to customers
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency with sales and receipts
• Act as Subject Matter Expert in product knowledge and customer service
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory maintenance

Qualifications Required:

• Grade 12 Diploma with 5+ years of related experience
• Demonstrated expert level knowledge in Agribusiness or Petroleum
• Strong salesmanship skills with extensive customer focused background
• Self-motivated with continuous learning approach
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Strong computer skills with ability to learn new systems quickly
