Reliability Leader
The Opportunity:
- Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Reliability, the Reliability Leader is responsible for implementing corporate policies and standards and establishing the Maintenance department's long-term strategy in alignment with the corporate Asset Reliability Program to meet corporate and site objectives.
- The Reliability Leader promotes and maintains a safe working environment through compliance with MLF’s Health and Safety Program.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:
- Develop and apply a local Maintenance 3-year plan that incorporates both strategic and budgetary elements.
- Responsible for completing the annual corporate Asset Reliability maturity assessment and enhancing the program maturity.
- Manage various processes including work identification, optimization, prioritization, and maintenance work execution.
- Work closely with Production, Sanitation, Engineering, and other departments to maximize facility performance.
What You’ll Bring:
- Knowledgeable Maintenance Manager with at least 5 years of experience in a Maintenance management role.
- A technical diploma is required, while an Engineering degree is preferred.
- Familiar with using a CMMS system and applying Standard Operating Procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, works well in a team environment, is responsible and is open to change.
- Results oriented and quality driven.
