Job Description:
- Role: Digital Marketing Specialist
- Reporting to: Digital Marketing Manager
- Support the team with marketing and promotional activities
- Required expertise in digital advertising, content development, email marketing, data analytics, and more
- Work collaboratively and take ownership of ideas
- Ensure brand integrity across digital mediums
- Create and execute diverse digital marketing strategies
- Implement and execute digital marketing strategy
- Manage and maintain company websites
- Design and distribute external e-blasts
- Research and audit third-party websites and social media channels
- Write content for websites, email campaigns, newsletters, and more
- Monitor, track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance
- Maintain and update content on company website
- Create and monitor key online marketing metrics
- Analyze digital marketing results for insights and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends
- Complete monthly reporting on various metrics
- Provide ad hoc marketing, communications, and administrative support
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Advanced WordPress knowledge and experience
- Technical aptitude for working in multiple software programs and systems
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude with customer-centric mindset
- Time management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- Professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or related field
- Excellent command of the English language
- Experience with website content management and writing for the web
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and general computer skills
