• Strong understanding of agricultural, commercial, compact equipment, and lawn tractors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient use of computer programs and technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service-focused environment, while multitasking and managing time effectively.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent negotiation/conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Available to work a flexible shift; including on-call and weekends.
• A client-first attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.
