Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:

• Reporting to the Maintenance Senior Supervisor, the Maintenance Supervisor oversees and coaches the Maintenance trades to ensure safe and efficient execution of maintenance work aligned with corporate and site objectives.
• Experienced in Maintenance leadership and best practices within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in an operational maintenance environment.
• Background in Electrical/Mechanical/Operations with an interprovincial red seal or technical designation.
• Previous supervision experience.
• Familiarity with work order and CMMS systems; experience with SAP considered an asset.
