Your Role
Reporting to the Poultry Technical and Business Manager, the Poultry Reporting and Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting performance data using business intelligence tools. This role supports species unit reporting, serves as the primary contact for internal and customer-facing data needs, and helps ensure data accuracy through team training, process improvements, and performance tracking initiatives.
Day to Day
- Collaborate with poultry species leaders, field staff, and partners to gather, verify, and manage accurate performance data.
- Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources; generate routine and ad-hoc reports aligned with business and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and data pipelines to support insights and decision-making.
- Identify trends, data inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities, support data quality, governance, and reporting modernization.
- Design and implement internal and customer-facing reporting mechanisms.
- Conduct field-level data collection to support growth models and forecasting.
- Create and maintain documentation, including SOPs and process diagrams.
- Support cross-functional collaboration on broader business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, or a related field .
- 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or reporting role.
- Advanced Excel skills in Power BI and SQL/VBA/R experience preferred.
- Certification in Excel and Database Management tools desired, not required.
- Background in agriculture or poultry industry is a strong asset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
