• Job Summary: Manage service operations, optimize processes, grow service labor sales, engage personnel, and contribute to maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Satisfaction: Develop practices for above-average customer satisfaction and implement necessary changes.
• Financial Management: Understand financial statements, make decisions to meet financial expectations.
• Goal Setting and Budgeting: Create annual goals and budget for the Service Department.
• Marketing and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute the Service Department marketing plan for revenue growth.
• Event Coordination: Coordinate customer clinics, field days, and promotional events.
• Warranty and Claims Management: Assure timely submission of warranty claims.
• Personnel Management: Analyze department needs, recruit, hire, develop, and retain talent.
• Training and Development: Implement an effective training program for staff.
• Performance Management: Manage and develop the service team through performance reviews.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure safety procedures and proper maintenance of work environment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles.

Requirements:

• Education: Journeyperson trade certification with a preference for red or blue seal certification.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in service management or leadership role, agricultural or turf equipment industry experience preferred.
• Skills: Relationship-building, communication, organization, proficiency in Microsoft products, financial statement reading.
• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
