P&H is the largest Canadian-owned milling company. The P&H Milling Group sources wheat from various regions in Canada to produce quality flour and cereal products. They supply flour to customers in Canada, the United States, and other countries.

Wage and Benefits

• Wage: $22.08/hr - $24.76/hr

Your Role

As a Packer, the successful candidate will support the operations, performing duties in a safe and timely manner within the Mill.

Day to Day

• Safely weigh, pack, load, and handle flour products.
• Operate tote filling, packer systems, and mill equipment.
• Conduct product quality checks, equipment inspections, and minor repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation, follow safety protocols.
• Complete safety training and comply with regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a general laborer position and manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and lift 25kg bags.
• Must be able to work in a dusty environment, follow instructions, and work shiftwork.
