- Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and strategic Global Talent & Performance Lead to join our Talent & Culture team. Responsibilities include leading the global implementation of talent framework, developing talent assessment strategies, leveraging data analytics, advising senior leaders, and innovating talent management strategies.
- Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong experience in talent and performance management in a global setting.
- Experience developing talent strategies in large organizations.
- Understanding of talent assessment & development best practices, performance management methodologies, and leadership development instruments.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in matrix organizations, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and leading change globally.
- Role model of Syngenta leadership qualities - Collaboration, Courage, Curiosity, and Accountability.
