Industrial Electrician - Sunday - Thursday Nights

The Opportunity:

• Maple Leaf is an organization of passionate people who are passionate about food.
• Currently hiring for an Industrial Electrician within the Edmonton Plant.
• Hourly Rate: $46.21

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:

• Troubleshooting/repairs/installations of electrical and mechanical services.
• Knowledge of 600 V AC and lower field wiring and instrumentation/controls/PLCs.
• Carrying out work requests and applying corrective measures.
• Performing preventative maintenance, work orders, and inventory/labor tracking.
• Fulfilling Health and Safety, Food Safety, and other policy requirements.

What You'll Bring:

• Poultry processing experience preferred.
• Journeyman Red Seal Certificate holder for 2+ years.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance and inventory reporting systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Self-directed, team player familiar with new technology and attention to detail.
