• About the role:
  • We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and strategic Global Talent & Performance Lead to join our Talent & Culture team.
  • You will work on continuously improving, implementing, and overseeing global talent development and performance management strategies, processes and supporting materials.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Leading the global implementation of an integrated talent framework.
    • Developing and evolving talent assessment strategy.
    • Leveraging data analytics for talent trends and program effectiveness.
    • Influencing and advising senior leaders on talent and performance matters.
    • Innovating talent and performance management strategies.

Requirements

• What we are looking for:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong experience in talent and performance management.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing talent strategies in large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of talent assessment & development best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Experienced in matrix organizations and change management.
  • Excellent role model of the Syngenta leadership qualities.
