Tolling Manager

Job Description:

• Company: Syngenta
• Position: Tolling Manager
• Location: Winnipeg, Canada

Role Purpose:

• Focus on third-party manufacturing to minimize supply risks
• Ensure tollers comply with HSES and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal departments on tolling issues

Accountabilities:

• Accountable for HSES and quality policies
• Address technical issues and operational problems at tollers
• Support audits, investigate complaints, and ensure product documentation accuracy
• Manage toller performance, drive continuous improvement, and realize cost savings

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree or 5 years of professional manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of formulation, fill & pack technology, and 3rd party relationship management
• Experience in HSE, Quality, and Regulatory compliance
