Requirements:

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in talent and performance management with a track record in large organizations
• Strong understanding of talent assessment & development best practices
• Ability to communicate data insights and influence across all organizational levels
• Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships in a global context
