Job Description:

Role: Tolling Manager
Location: Winnipeg, Canada
Role Purpose: Focused on third-party manufacturing to minimize supply risks, ensuring compliance with standards, and maintaining a reliable tolling supply base.
Accountabilities:
  

    
Enforce HSES and quality standards at tolling partners.
    
Address operational issues and risks.
    
Support audits and drive corrective actions.
    
Resolve complaints and drive product documentation.
    
Collaborate for efficient QOTIF targets.
    
Measure performance and drive improvements.
    
Identify outsourcing options and cost savings opportunities.
    
Lead projects and ensure accurate data maintenance.
  



Requirements:

Engineering degree or 5 years of related experience.
Understanding of manufacturing processes.
Experience in 3rd party relationship management.
Knowledge of HSE, quality, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
