Tolling Manager

Job Description:

• Role: Tolling Manager
• Location: Winnipeg, Canada
• Responsibilities:
  • Ensure tollers comply with safety, quality standards, and regulations
  • Coordinate with different departments on tolling matters
  • Manage HSES policies, quality policies, and good stewardship
  • Support audits and drive timely responses
  • Investigate and resolve complaints
  • Monitor toller performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement outsource siting options
  • Define requirements for securing capacity at competitive costs
  • Monitor tolling costs for savings opportunities
  • Lead/participate in projects and ensure master data accuracy

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or five years of professional manufacturing experience
• Basic understanding of formulation, fill & pack technology, and 3rd party relationship management
• Knowledge of HSE, Quality, and Regulatory compliance frameworks
• Work experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
