Director, Enterprise Capital Planning & Portfolio Analysis

Job Description

• The position is for Director, Enterprise Capital Planning and Portfolio Analysis.
• The role involves overseeing capital planning, governance compliance, and strategic alignment.
• Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of Nutrien's Enterprise monthly capital forecast report.
• Leads all Operating Segment and Corporate capital reporting teams to ensure data integrity and reliability in financial reporting.
• Support Nutrien's major projects and programs through budget preparation and stakeholder presentations.
• Serve as a Project Management Software Discipline Expert, specifically for Planisware.

Requirements

• Business related University Degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Project Management.
• 15+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Project Governance, and Operations management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a must.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
