Transportation Supervisor
Job Description:
- The Trucking Supervisor will manage, supervise, and monitor fleet operations to ensure on-time delivery of feed from the point of supply to our internal farm operations.
- The team consists of 18 Class 1 drivers with 10 truck and trailer units operating on a two-shift Monday to Friday delivery schedule.
- Possess a valid Class 1 Drivers License
- Experience in a supervisory role in a transportation services setting
- Proven experience of managing a budget for a fleet operation
- Experience working in an agricultural setting/industry
- Knowledge and application of Highway Traffic Act & Regulations
- Must possess strong skills in:
- Interpersonal
- Communication; written & verbal
- Analytical and problem-solving
- Organization
- MS computer programs
- Experience in SAP
- Exciting opportunity to manage and supervise fleet operations
