Material Supply Coordinator


The Opportunity:

  • Coordinates all plant and packaging supplies to meet production needs and budget

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:

  • Orders and coordinates shipment of supplies
  • Reconciles warehouse inventory
  • Analyzes daily material cycle counts
  • Communicates with vendors and resolves issues
  • Purchases indirect materials
  • Meets with Plant Supervisors and Formulation group
  • Attends daily production meetings
  • Assists Purchasing Manager
  • Cross trains within department

What You’ll Bring:

  • Post-secondary education or industry experience preferred
  • 2-3 years purchasing experience in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and cross functional teams
  • Team Player
