Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • ITIL v4, COBIT, and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator certifications would be considered an asset.
  • A minimum of five to seven years of strong expertise in managing database environments, including performance monitoring, backups, security updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in designing logical and physical data models, schema design, and data normalization.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and managing structured and unstructured data.
  • Experience working with data pipelines, APIs, and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of real-time analytics, AI-driven automation, and emerging technologies in data processing.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and big data tools .
  • Possession of a valid class 5 driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Benefits:

The total rewards package for this position includes:

  • A starting annual salary of $90,500 to $97,900, with a maximum earning potential for this pay range of $114,500, based on a 35-hour work week and option to join the Earned Day Off Program.
