Business & Education Consultant, Vancouver Island and Northern BC

• We’re currently seeking a Business & Education Consultant to join our BC team—focused specifically on Vancouver Island and Northern BC. If you're looking to make a meaningful impact with a company that's both nimble and visionary, this could be the role for you.
• What You'll Do:
  • As a BEC, you'll be the face of Rubicon Organics to retail partners, budtenders, and the cannabis community in your territory.
  • Key responsibilities:
    • Manage sales and education initiatives within your territory
    • Build strong relationships with retail managers and staff at assigned accounts
    • Drive brand awareness and community engagement through education, events, and visibility
    • Execute programming that drives volume, share, and loyalty
    • Identify new distribution and visibility opportunities that align with our premium positioning
    • Deliver impactful brand and product education sessions to stakeholders
• What We're Looking For:
  • You're passionate about cannabis and want to make a lasting impact in a fast-moving industry.

Requirements:

• Proven success in retail sales, territory management, or account management
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills—comfortable leading education sessions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• “Selling It Right” certification
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the region
