Requirements of the Position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field
• 10+ years of relevant industry and leadership experience
• Certifications in Project management, Procurement, Inventory Management, Lean / Six Sigma, or Operational Planning considered an asset
• Thorough operational knowledge and experience in procurement systems, processes, value delivery, initiatives, and projects delivery
• Motivated self-starter with excellent facilitation skills
• Superior problem-solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional written communication, oral presentation, and influencing skills
