Customer Service Representative


Job Description:

  • Monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits under the direction of the Branch Manager
  • Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily with 100% accuracy
  • Prints Daily Reports as required under Policy and Procedures
  • Maintains confidential office records and files covering daily transactions
  • Completes administrative correspondence
  • Assists with inventory control and receiving shipments
  • Champion Nutrien’s culture of care and comply with standards

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license
  • Microsoft Office
  • Previous SAP experience, an asset
