• Oversee, lead, and coordinate parts activities with a focus on exceptional customer service
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Pattison Ag parts team
• Create quality experiences in a friendly and collaborative environment
• Lead all Parts Department processes to ensure customer satisfaction
• Motivate, inspire, and develop employees
• Provide customer-focused product support
• Drive parts sales efficiency
• Ensure departmental profitability and performance
• Plan and initiate all Parts Department functions

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in Parts Department operations
• Experience in leading and developing others
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products
