Service Shift Manager - North Battleford

Job Description:

• Manage, coordinate, and direct the workload of the Service Department
• Assign/schedule all service department jobs for technicians
• Motivate, inspire, and assist employees in pursuit of excellence
• Optimize shop efficiency and flow
• Ensure effective communication with customers and employees
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Conduct safety meetings and encourage safe working habits

Requirements:

• Ability to operate vehicles/equipment for diagnostic purposes
• 5+ years performing complex service repairs/maintenance
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs repeatedly; 40-75 lbs on occasion
• Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ag Equipment Tech Journeyperson Certification/equivalent
• Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to use current business systems
