Marketing Manager - EPO, SC, YK, or HB

Job Description:

• Develop & implement marketing strategies and communications to enhance brand visibility and market position
• Collaborate with other teams to meet business objectives and ensure strategies are executed
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Coordinate events and public relations initiatives
• Assist with leadership and mentoring of team, build a cohesive and constructive team
• Oversee and maintain strong digital marketing strategy including social media, website, reputation management, etc.
• Oversee monthly marketing promotions/campaigns, budget, and tracking
• Ensure safety regulations are met by self and others

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, or public relations
• 2+ years’ experience in a management role
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies/platforms
• Knowledge of Adobe Applications: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro
• Knowledge of photography and videography
• Comfort using MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; knowledge of alternate software an asset
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Valid driver’s license required; with the willingness to travel independently, as needed
• Agriculture Industry knowledge is an asset
