Supervisor, Road Maintenance (Competition #25-42)

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education in a related field would be considered an asset. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • At least five years' experience directly related to the construction and maintenance of roadways with a minimum of two years experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Knowledge and experience in the operation and maintenance of Heavy-Duty Equipment.
  • Experience using Asset Management Systems.
  • Leadership experience and proven ability to motivate a team.
  • Proficient in the use of computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possession of a valid Class 5 Alberta driver's license and satisfactory driving record is required. A Class 3Q Operators license would be considered an asset.

Benefits:

The total rewards package for this position includes a starting annual salary of $90,500 to $101,800 based on a 40-hour work week. This position will participate in an on-call rotation for Road Maintenance & Drainage operations.
