Supervisor, Planning

Job Description:

• Reporting to the Superintendent, Maintenance Planning & Reliability, the Supervisor, Planning contributes to the safe and reliable operation of the facility by overseeing the planning of base maintenance and non-turnaround outage work orders.
• This role ensures work orders are prioritized, planned, and ready for scheduling before the execution date.
• The successful candidate for this role will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and present information effectively.
• The ability to lead, coach, and influence teams, with experience in performance management will be considered an asset in this role.
• This position is located at Nutrien's Redwater, Alberta site and is not available for remote work.

Requirements:

• Trade Certificate, Technical Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years experience in an industrial plant setting
• Strong expertise in maintenance planning aligned with Nutrien’s planning standards, safe work practices, and work management processes
• Knowledge of plant operations, equipment, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with construction codes
• Strong leadership in Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Proficiency in SAP PM Module
