HR Services Manager

The Opportunity:

• The Manager HR Services plays a critical role in leading and optimizing HR services to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Responsibilities include overseeing HR processes, program delivery, policy adherence, compliance, governance, and employee customer service.


• Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:
• Lead the HR Service team in delivering high-quality HR support, including onboarding, offboarding, SAP administration, and employee lifecycle management.
• Responsible for the ongoing improvement of the HR Services team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance HR service delivery and address business needs.
• Manage SAP system, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient reporting.

• Experience & Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or HRIS administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
