MRO Supervisor

The Opportunity:

• Oversees the procurement of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations supplies and services, ensuring efficient and cost-effective sourcing, inventory management, and supplier relationships

• Execution of MRO planning and management best practices in day-to-day operations
• Manage purchasing of maintenance-related spare parts inventory, consumables and services
• Manage sourcing and development of alternative suppliers and set up new vendors in the MLF systems.
• Develop and implement MRO procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery times.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in an MRO purchasing, MRO inventory, or maintenance management role in a manufacturing facility. Food manufacturing an asset
• College Diploma in purchasing/inventory management
• Certification in supply chain or procurement management
• Strong and effective negotiation skills
