Job Description:

• Seeking a Service Business Manager for a fast-paced John Deere dealership in Humboldt, SK
• Oversee service activities focusing on customer service, technician efficiency, and department profitability
• Create quality experiences in a collaborative environment promoting learning and growth
• Build customer relationships to foster growth and lead all Service Department processes
• Work with internal departments to create effective team dynamics and monitor business plan

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of management experience in the agriculture industry
• Technical background and knowledge/familiarity with John Deere and competitive products
• Experience in leading, developing, and motivating others to achieve results
• Results-oriented with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, empathetic, and high EQ
• Excellent communicator with analytical skills
