Supply Chain Technology & Process Manager

The Opportunity:

• Take the helm of our Supply Chain’s digital transformation as the Supply Chain Technology and Process Manager.
• Drive innovation by overseeing the technology and processes of our planning, transportation, and fulfillment teams.
• Lead the evolution of our technology roadmap while championing continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Information Solutions team to enhance technology adoption and maturity.

• Inspire and lead a talented team to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and oversee a strategic, multi-year digital roadmap.
• Champion data governance and elevate supply chain processes.
• Create and adopt new key performance indicators.
• Coordinate and mentor a network of Super Users.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Project Management, and System Integration.
• Competency in interpersonal and communication abilities, tools & systems, change management, etc.
• Passion for technical solution design and change management.
• Ability to manage high workload against demanding timelines.
• Experience with global systems like SAP/APO/ERP.
