Job Description:

• Canada Packers, a newly formed company under Maple Leaf Foods, is seeking a Sr. Finance Analyst to provide financial leadership and support.
• The role involves closely working with plant management to improve results, control processes, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• The position requires adherence to financial policies, providing cost reporting, analyzing variances, and supporting cost improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary Education in Accounting or Business is required.
• Preference for an Accounting Designation or actively working towards CPA.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills are a must.
• Demonstrated personal leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are needed.
