- Greet clients and provide exceptional service for their equipment needs
- Gather detailed information about equipment issues and create accurate work orders
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians efficiently
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and service needs
- Collaborate with technicians and parts department for service readiness
- Provide clients with detailed estimates for repairs, maintenance, or upgrades
- Keep clients informed about service progress and timelines
- Monitor repair completion progress and ensure timely closure of work orders
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in client service, technical services, or similar industry
- Proficient in using computer programs and technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Flexibility in working hours
- Client-first attitude with a commitment to exceptional service
- Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record
