As Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing the overall performance, maintenance, and repair of the elevator. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the operation of a grain elevator
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the grain industry including grading factors, elevator equipment and processes, and effective product storage management
• Practical knowledge in mechanical repair
• Experience in team management or supervision, demonstrating effective leadership abilities
• Proficient computer skills with aptitude for learning and adapting to new software applications
