Crop Inputs Representative at Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited for our retail location based in Bow Island and servicing the surrounding areas. Join a team passionate about Canadian agriculture!

Your Role

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Provide agronomic solutions and sell crop inputs products.
• Ensure customers receive expert advice and high-quality service.
• Titled internally as Customer Service Representative.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Prospect new customers and expand business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with growers.
• Offer technical support and advice on crop inputs products.
• Stay current on the latest crop input technologies and industry advancements.
• Collaborate with Crop Inputs Manager, Merchant, and suppliers.
• Assist with operations and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in an Agriculture-related program or experience in an Agriculture retail business.
• P.Ag or CCA certification is an asset.
• Experience in dealing with agricultural producers.
• Knowledge of local crops and crop protection solutions.
• Sales and customer service skills that drive revenue generation.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
