- Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of Customer Service experience is required.
- Post-secondary education in Office Administration or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Office 365 .
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
