  • Your Role:

    As an Admin, you will be responsible for facilitating the overall operation of the facility’s office through daily administrative tasks. The Admin will also be the first point of contact for producer/customer calls and will redirect inquiries to the appropriate resource or Manager when needed. This role is titled internally as Admin I.

    • Perform exceptional customer service and reception.
    • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and filing per auditing standards.
    • Assisting with settling internal and external account needs.
    • Grain contract drafting and invoicing assistance.
    • Assist with Safety/HACCP documentation.
    • General office duties including maintaining supplies.
    • Work with other business areas and departments as required.
  • Qualifications:
    • Experience in an office, clerical, or administrative role.
    • Knowledge of or previous experience in the agricultural industry is a plus.
    • Post-secondary education in administration or agriculture is considered an asset.
    • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to multitask.
    • Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft 365 Application Suite.
