  • Job Description:

    We are seeking a Sourcing and Procurement Specialist to optimize procurement processes and strengthen supplier relationships. This role is ideal for an experienced procurement professional—or someone eager to transition into a GPO environment—who thrives on strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.

  • Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

    • Experience: 3-5 years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management .

    • Skills:

      • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
      • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
      • Proficiency in procurement software and analytical tools.
      • Familiarity with mining industry standards and regulations is a plus.
    • Work Style: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
