Job Description
GrizzlyTrek is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position offers the chance to drive operational excellence, support the recruitment of local personnel, and foster meaningful engagement with Indigenous communities while managing technical staffing solutions. As part of our commitment to employee support, the successful candidate will receive a company vehicle or vehicle allowance.
Requirements
- Strong background in field or gas plant operations is preferred; trade experience with shutdown expertise is a plus.
- Proven track record of mentorship and employee development.
- Experience in recruiting and onboarding personnel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience working with Indigenous communities is an asset.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with timekeeping and project management tools.
