Job Description:

• Location: Remote, Regina, Saskatchewan
• Role: Territory Sales Representative for the Crop Protection Sales team
• Responsibilities:
  • Develop territory plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with retailers and growers.
  • Communicate the value of technology and provide product service and support.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in the Ag industry or Diploma with 10 years of experience.
• Understanding of financial analysis, general business issues and practices.
• Good strategic influencing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent project management skills: ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent understanding of marketing principles, plan development, brand strategies, and best practices.
• Clear and effective decision-making, data-driven approach.
