Job Description
- Role:
- Territory Sales Representative for the Crop Protection Sales team
- Remote position located in Regina, Saskatchewan
- Responsibilities include building customer relationships and generating interest for the Syngenta CP portfolio
Responsibilities
- Develop territory plan to achieve sales targets:
- Analyze market trends
- Complete product forecasting
- Achieve annual sales target for crop protection
- Develop and implement local field marketing plan
- Foster meaningful relationships:
- Understand retailer and grower needs
- Develop retailer business plans
- Deliver and reconcile programs to retailers
- Communicate value of technology:
- Effectively communicate product value
- Train retailers on product positioning
- Create awareness of technology through trials and experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of experience in the Ag industry or Diploma with 10 years of experience
- Understanding of financial analysis and business practices
- Strategic influencing and negotiation skills
- Project management skills
- Marketing principles understanding
- Data-driven decision-making skills
